Auto Huren Curacao has been operating as a car rental company on Curaçao for more than 12 years. We rent cars to tourists on the island and we are there to support them every day! Due to great growth, we are looking for reinforcement within our team focused on customer service / front office. Customer contact, service, acting fast and keeping an overview are important in our industry. Are you independent, customer-oriented and stress-oriented? Do you know how to keep an overview and make plans? Then we might be looking for you!
Job description
From our office, you are the central point of contact for current and new customers. You take reservations, maintain customer contact, support the daily planning and take care of the administration. Together with the commercial manager, you are responsible for the daily operations in the office. This position is full time.
What you will do
- Taking, processing and maintaining reservations
- Contact with current and new customers
- Drawing up the daily planning
- Preparing rental contracts and their administrative processing
- Aftersales such as any changes, comments or questions from customers
What is expected of you?
- An HBO work and thinking level in the direction of Office Management or Tourism
- Driving licence B
- Enthusiastic when working with customers
- A team player
- Flexible, car rental continues 365 days a year, including weekends
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good written and oral communication
- Available immediately or at short notice
- Knowledge of Curacao is an advantage
